- Complete and submit an official entry form.
- Entrants must provide all information requested, including, at a minimum, at least one or more photographs of the Entrant and/or the Entrant’s own tattoos or tattoo work using the upload tool and instructions provided.

- Eligibility:
- All Entrants must be individuals of 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), at the time of entry. Entrants must have at least one tattoo at the time of entry and throughout the duration of the Competition.
