- Open the cardboard box, remove the plastic-wrapped pizza and locate the sticker affixed on top of the plastic-wrapped frozen pizza.
- Navigate the internet to www.HomeRunInn.com/PizzaOurHeart.
- Scan the QR code printed on the sticker and complete the remaining portions of the entry form.
- Click the “Submit” button.
